All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of cannabis products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including flower, concentrates, edibles, or accessories. This policy is in place to maintain strict health and safety standards.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A description of the issue

We’ll assess the situation and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Missing Packages

We guarantee delivery on all orders. If your package goes missing in transit:

  • Check your tracking information and delivery confirmation

  • Contact us immediately if it has not arrived within the estimated time

We’ll work directly with the courier to resolve the issue. In most cases, we will reship your order once the loss is confirmed.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts:

  • Reshipping fees may apply, and

  • Free shipping promotions will not apply to reshipments

Make sure your shipping information is accurate at checkout to avoid delays.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before payment is received. Once payment has been accepted and the order begins processing, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
