What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Interac e-Transfer as our primary payment method. Instructions will be provided at checkout. We’re working on expanding our payment options in the near future.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, typically within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders confirmed before 12 PM (noon PST) often ship out the same day.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days via Canada Post Xpresspost, depending on your location. Rural areas may take slightly longer.
How is my order packaged?
All orders are packaged discreetly with no Loud Paxx branding or indication of the contents. Your privacy is our top priority.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a Canada Post tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
What if my package is lost or doesn’t arrive?
We’ve got your back. If your package is lost in transit and does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, we’ll investigate and work to resolve the issue. Please contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date.

What is your refund and return policy?
